Winnie is the owner and director of a diversified business in the food, clothing, and skincare industries with ongoing expansion into the farming and agricultural industry.

Graduated from the University of Sydney and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She is a medical doctor in the North-western region of Melbourne and an The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners examiner and a supervisor of General Practitioner training.

Dr. Llina has served on several committees including the President of Chinese Professional Business Association (CPMA), Vice-President of Chinese Health Promotion Coalition (CHPC) and Australian Chinese Medical Association Victoria (ACMAV).

Treasurer: Richard Cen

Richard has been using his experience in professional services in China and Australia to provide specialised advice to international and local clients. As the leader of the Asian Advisory Service, Richard liaises with other Nexia offices in Australia and New Zealand, as well as Nexia International firms in China and the Asian region. These combined resources are able to provide high-quality assurance and advisory services to Chinese and other Asian companies with operations in Australia, as well as to Australian companies with operations in the region.

Justice of the Peace, Founder of Brilliant International, Chairman of Chinese Fellowship School and United Chinese Commerce Association of Australia.

Philip has engaged and involved in promoting Chinese culture, his in-depth knowledge of Chinese culture has assisted the growth of the Chinese community in Australia, witnessing the shift of the status quo and bringing recognition to a greater context. In recognition of his contributions to the Chinese community, the Victorian Government awarded Philip the International Volunteer Award, the Melbourne Mayor Community Achievement Award, the Victorian Multicultural Award For Excellence, and the Whitehorse City Council Small and Medium Business Award with a Justice of the Peace title.

Board Member: Rosalind Look

Graduated from Monash University (Bachelors of Law and Economics), FINSIA (Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment), Australian Institute of Company Directors (Company Directors Course).

Rosalind is experienced in finance and investment, both in Australia and the Asian Region, with a passion of giving back to the community. She is currently a Relationship Manager at OpenExchange Inc. and before that, an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in the Institutional Equity Division based in Hong Kong. Rosalind is also a voluntary Board Member in the Investment and the Fund Raising Sub-committees at Open House CIC.
